Upgrading to Paved (Bitumen) Standard of Gulu – Atiak– Nimule (140kms) Road.
To investigate and determine the technical, economical, environmental and social feasibility of upgrading the existing gravel road between the towns of Gulu in Uganda and Nimule to a paved all-weather bitumen standard road. Based on the results of the feasibility study, the consultant is to carry out detailed engineering designs, preparation of standard pre-qualification and bidding documents suitable for international competitive bidding and render assistance to the Client in the bidding process including the pre-qualification of bidders.
