Leveraging more than 40 years of experience in the infrastructure space to plan and implement projects efficiently taking into consideration quality, time, cost, environment, and health and safety, KAGGA is conversant with project delivery using the following forms of contracts: the International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC), Uganda’s Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Authority (PPDA), New Engineering Contract (NEC), General Conditions of Contract for Construction Works (GCC) and The Joint Building Contracts Committee (JBCC).
