Eng. Peter Magambo graduated from Makerere University in 1985 with a BSC in Civil Engineering. He joined the firm straight from university and has worked on different types and sizes of projects.

He heads Water, Sanitation, Drainage and Project and contract Management. He is highly experienced in contract management and administration, claims review and determination of quantum, dispute resolution, project costs control and administration.
He has been involved in multimillion-dollar projects of up to US$ 450 million and dispute resolution of claims of up to US $30 million.

He has international experience working in Uganda, Tanzania, Burundi, Rwanda, South Africa, South Sudan, Eritrea, Djibouti and Ethiopia.

Eng. Lwanga is a Registered Professional Civil Engineer with 32 years of professional working experience. He holds a Master’s degree in Project Management (Construction and Infrastructure) from the University of Liverpool and a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Makerere University.

He’s highly experienced in design and supervision, geotechnical investigations, pavement evaluation, material testing, and engineering materials laboratory management. transport planning, marine studies, HDMIV.

Lwanga has an international experience working in South Africa, Mozambique, Djibouti, Somaliland and South Sudan.

Tutu Ismael Kagga holds a Masters (MEng) in Civil Engineering from the University of Nottingham, UK and a Diploma in Industrial Experience at Scott Wilson Pavement Engineering, UK. He is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), Uganda – Membership No. 4363781, a PRINCE 2: Project Management Practitioner (2013). 

He has previously at WSP Leeds UK, and Tullow Oil in Uganda, prior to joining Kagga & Partners where he worked on projects in Uganda, Djibouti, Ethiopia, South Africa, Kenya, Somaliland, Tanzania and Burundi.

Allan is well versed with international design and construction standards including the Eurocodes, The American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO), Chinese Construction Standards having supervised Design and Build Projects by Chinese contractors and the South African Standards.
